Service Management Automation X (SMAX) is a modern service management suite from OpenText. Materna is a Platinum Partner of OpenText and offers operation and hosting of SMAX from its own data center in Germany or alternatively as a managed service in your own data center or from the cloud.
SMAX is equipped with cognitive modules such as chat robots and Big Data-enabled search, and offers social collaboration features, smart knowledge management and intelligent analytics.
Based entirely on Docker containers and a Kubernetes orchestration interface, SMAX has a highly scalable and forward-looking architecture with the OPTIC platform.
Materna offers the operation of the service management suite "as a service" from its own German data center with German- and English-speaking support. In addition, Materna has extensive Docker and RedHat Openshift expertise in operating the solution in your own data center. What is particularly charming is that SMAX is a multi-client solution, so that, for example, a complete ITSM solution can be provisioned for each specialist department in just a few minutes.
