Materna Trust Center
Trust is not just a promise, but the basis of our business. We work hard every day to gain, strengthen and protect the trust of our customers. Compliance, data protection and security - especially information security - are not just buzzwords - they are essential pillars of our philosophy in order to stand by your side as a reliable partner. However, our focus is not only on the present, but also on shaping a forward-looking technology landscape. For us, progress and sustainability go hand in hand. That is why we are actively committed to minimizing our impact on the environment, the economy and society. In a constantly changing world, we are pioneers who not only adapt to change, but proactively shape it.
Welcome to the Materna Trust Center, where trust is the key to partnership and future-oriented cooperation. Here you will find comprehensive information and evidence of how Materna lives up to and fulfills its corporate responsibility.
Information security
Safeguarding and protecting information assets form a central basis for trusting cooperation with business partners. This applies not only to the supply chain, but also to the protection of customer data and personal data. With our information security guideline, the Executive Board of the Materna Group lays the foundation for the Group's information security management system (ISMS). This also forms the basis for a security culture within the company. Increasing threats from cyberspace require continuous strengthening of the company's resilience.
A growing number of EU regulations in the area of information security and their implementation in the ISMS make a significant contribution to compliance.

Compliance
At Materna, compliance means more than just adhering to the law. Fair competition, integrity and sustainable business practices as well as ethical and responsible behavior are the basic principles of our business success and reflect the values of the company founders and the entire company. We are expressly committed to fair competition and compliance with all applicable national and international laws. In particular, we do not tolerate any form of corruption, bribery or price fixing. Compliance with our basic principles is a top priority for us. We have created the necessary framework for this with our Compliance Management System (CMS). Our CMS consists of the following components, among others.
Whistleblower system
If, despite our preventive measures, violations of our internal policies or other infringements occur, we would like to be informed of any unlawful conduct in our company so that we can clarify and eliminate such behavior. For this reason, an anonymous external whistleblower system is available to our employees, customers, suppliers and other parties. The system can be used to report existing, potential or imminent wrongdoing - both at Materna itself and within our supply chain. The whistleblower system allows a confidential dialog with the Materna Group Compliance Department, secured by special encryption.
The system can be accessed via this link or by scanning the qr code.
Alternatively, you can contact the Materna Group Compliance Officer directly by e-mail or telephone using the contact details below. We will carefully review each case and, if necessary, initiate the necessary measures.
